As an engineer of electricity without business obligations, I dedicated a half of my life to the composition of a convenient text-book on electrodynamics. However, this theory appeared defective or incomplete. Its gradual elaboration pointed to its unity with the other physical disciplines, especially with mechanics and cosmology. This work is one of the results.
